SMAK (mean TASTE in Swedish) voice, rhythm and movement.
Our ancestors met around the fire with the first instruments: the body, the voice and the drum.
After a long period of isolation during the pandemic, we also need to return to the simple and to our roots.
SMAK voice rhythm movement is an outreach activity with concerts, interviews and conversations with various Sweden-based artists.
The theme of the meetings is our longing for closeness, human encounters and a return to the original with a focus on the music.
The music meetings take place in the artist's home or in their home area.
The SMAK programs are broadcast digitally but want to give the viewers the feeling of being close to the artist in place and get in touch with the intimate, raw, poetic and captivating power of the music, the rhythm and the dance.
We have created SMAK together with my friend Rostam Mirlashari and we produce it between Libelula Music and Farhang.

Nuestros ancestros se reunieron alrededor de el fuego con sus primeros instrumentos: el cuerpo, la voz y el tambor.
Despues de un largo periodo de aislamiento duarnte la pandemia, necesitamos tambien nosotros volver a lo simple de nuestras raices.

El motivo de nuestro encuentro es la necesidad de cercania, el encuentro humano y la vuelta a nuestras origenes con el foco en la musica.
